I was wondering if I will be able to update 4.x with the lastest release of the asp.net controls as the release comes out insteading of waiting on the next service pack?

Hello David Pearson,

We will not include the Q3 controls in RC, since they were released yesterday. We are including the controls only after we test them completely with Sitefinity, and fix all the minor issues that may popup. 
The official release will contain the most recent control though. You may find more about the release dates on the today's RC webinar.
