So for workflow...
How will this work, will it ship with a bunch of pre-defined WF4 activities we just plop around on the VS WF4 designer? and they're just stored as loose xaml somewhere in the app which we can load in?
Does it store custom tracking data, and can we play back\visualize a workflow out of the "box"?

Not yet, but we are definitely going to try to push it for the Official Release. Cool tip - you can directly use the Fluent API in the Activities as VB expressions - you know the expressions allow just one line of code - exactly how the Fluent API works. So, you can do anything with the CMS in your activity with ONE line of code. Cool, eh?Oh that's slick :) Working with VB is horrible
If anyone else is interested, v2 of WF4 will have C# expressions too
(the PDC 2010 video with Ron Jacobs is pretty good)

Well, when you work with the Fluent API you are really just calling methods in chain fashion, so there is almost no sign of VB. But V2 sounds exciting, I wasn't aware of this.
