Not a big thing, just to mention:

I was a little bit confused searching projects.xml file while I'm stuck in the "Invalid time zone standard name" problem.

I found out that it is not generated in the directory of Sitefinity.exe but in the directory where LicenseFile.lic is saved (Downloaded License file).

Or is this expected behavior?

Hello Frank,

We managed to reproduce the problem and fixed it. We are currently uploading a new build in download section of Client Service accounts, so I believe that you will see the new build within the next few hours.

The LicenseFile.lic is not related to this issue. Let me know if there are any further issues.
