Users per Projects

Hi there,

I was wondering if I really have to set up new users for every new project? Is there a chance to have all users for sitefinity, and give them special rights per project? Its a little hard going to create every user with all its rights again for a new project.
Or does there exist a kind of migration too?

Hello amazonaspinguin,

Form the configuration Sitefinity >> Administration >> Settings >> Advanced >> Security >> Membership Providers you can add additional membership providers. This allows you to reuse the provider from one project to another , so you can have the same users. The same applies for Role and Profile providers.
