I wanted to sort images in a album - I guess this will be a feature after the release, right?

But when I choose to have the images displayed as they are ordered in the album it seems not to be the case.

Hi Markus Berchtold,

Thank you for reporting this.

The option to list images as they are ordered in the album uses the ordinal of the image. You can open the album and from the more actions menu choose to reorder the images. Then save the changes and observe the behavior. Unfortunately we yet do not have a sorting rule in the back-end to sort them by the ordinal.
