Problem in events registration

Hello,

I want to add events registration in the sitefinity.
I have followed the steps mentioned in

By following this I can only see the reistration section in admin panel but it is not comming in the form in font end.
Can you please provide me some detail how to add events registration section in the both user and admin end?

It would be better to contact the published of the code though its blog and ask him for the changes you want to make, since this is a particular custom implementation. Thus, you will receive an answer directly from the person that crated form builder.
