I've just upgraded to 4.0 RC2 and all of my pages have a tools button that opens a small panel that looks like below. How do I turn this off?

Show editing tools
To edit content while browsing the site
Edit this page in the Backend
To add widgets or to change the template
Log out

Hello Andrew,

Thank you for using our services.

This bar is because of the new feature - Browse and edit, which we have introduced in Sitefinity 4.0 RC2. It is visible only to authenticated users which have permissions to perform CRUD operations for pages and content items. It does not have a disable functionality yet.
