Does Sitefinity 4.0 has any inbuild widget which will have feature to expand or collapse it like webparts?

Hello Sawan,

Out of the box we do not have such a controls. They could be implemented as a custom controls by using jQuery show(), hide() methods. I will put you request for internal discussion.
