Cannot access Design Page Template

We got a popup error when accessing admin section: 'Design' --> 'Page Templates':

'Object reference not set to an instance of an object'
See attached screen shot.

We've already upgrade to RC2.

Any ideas?

Hi MJia,

Could you check the HTTP request and response to see what is send /returned by the web services we use?
Have you created custom templates ?

Don't know how to figure things out by checking the HTTP request and response.
I attached some data captured by MS Network Monitor 3.4 and MS Visual Round Trip Analyzer, can you help to check?

Hi MJia,

The status code returned by the service from your second screenshot is 500. It is possible that something blocks the web service. Please check the service parameters that are passed. You can also try to get the service url ( with the parameters ) and paste it to the browser.
