How do I Clear Cache

I'm trying to do a custom control, but my old styles are stuck in the cache (I'm assuming anyway)...the ones I see in there aren't anywhere in the project anymore.

How can I evict it all?

**Edit** Sorry, wasn't cache related, was loading the minified version over the latest debug.
