Removing Application Module, Still displays under Content

Here is my issue:

1. I created my first custom module following the documentation included with SI 4.
2. I decided to remove this module after playing around for a bit.
3. I removed it under ApplicationModules in the SI admin and killed the project.

The issue is:

The Module still displays in the Content Dropdown in the admin.

I poked the webconfig, restarted IIS, and it's still there.

What is the best practice for removing a module completely?

Seems as thought Telerik does not have a one click solution to removing a module right now, but will in the future:
