News Item Publication Date - Sitefinity - General Discussions

I am noticing some differences in the date used to associate with the date published for a news item. Within the news list the url generated has 01/20/2011 and the date displayed is 01/21/2011. It looks like the url is using the date created/published and the date displayed is possibly the last date modified? I see a potential problem especially if we have a news item published, then another is published, then we go back and fix a misspelling in the first it gets pushed in front of the other when it was just a simple text change. Is there a way around this, or is it a bug?

Hi Alex,

Thank you for reporting this issue. We have identified the problem and it is a bug into the system. We have logged the issue and we will do our best to include it in our Service Pack release due in a month as it could be really frustrating to find out that the publication date is changed on each edit.
