Need to allow bookmarking of Ajax Pages and usage of the bac

Here is the issue.

You will notice some ajax controls on the left side of the page. Click on Alpinestars and you can see the Telerik Ajax controls in action. 

My two issues:
1) I need a way to link/bookmark to this page with the Alpinestars ajax item selected.
2) When someone hits the back button and a filter is clicked, I would like the filter to dissappear, not take them to the previous page.

We are currently using .Net 3.5 but we can upgrade to 4.0. 

I believe this can be achieved because many other sites do this, but I am not sure how or what to do on our site because our website is using the Telerik Controls.

There was another post on the forums which mentioned somehting about script manager, but details or an example was not provided. Please help. Thank you.

Can you please let us know which Telerik controls you are using on your site? You have posted your questions in the Sitefinity CMS forums, however your website does not seem to be using the CMS.
