Workflow question

Hi,

I have a question about Workflow in the standard version.

In the project I have:
- a content editor (permission to create and publish)
- a senior marketing manager (permission to create and approve)
- a compliance manager (permission to approve only)

There are two different ways they would like to work with the workflow.

1) content editor creates content, sends for approval to the senior marketing executive - once approved the content editor publishes - straight forward.

2) content editor creates content, sends for approval to the senior marketing executive, however this time the senior marketing executive decides compliance must also sign it off. Is this possible?

For your second scenario it seems best to apply a 2 levels of approval before publishing type of workflow. For more information you might consult the User Guide: Defining and managing a workflow .
