Sitemapdatasource and drafts

I want to use a Panelbar instead of a Treeview for my nav, but how do I wire it up such that it's using the same DS as the normal NAV control(s)?...

RadSiteMapDataSource and the asp sitemapdatasource both seem to give pages in draft status as well...

I was logged in and therefore had access to view the pages (duh)
