How to fix wrong module type?

I've added a module with the wrong Type. Is there a way I can fix it? Or do I have to reinstall? How do I fix it?

If you changed a module with wrong type, you can easily access the Settings option from the backend and return the values to their original state. If you experience issues changing the type this way, you could open your web app project using Visual Studio and change SystemConfig.config which is located in App_Data/Sitefinity/Configuration folder.
