Sitefinity on PITs....yay!

Hi Telerik,

I've just seen the newsletter stating that Sitefinity is now on PITS....great stuff!

If we need support presumably we should still raise a ticket, and then if it turns out to be a bug we should submit it to PITS along with any feature requests?

Also, what about the feature requests that have been submitted via peoples account - will they be transferred into PITS or should we now manually submit them?

Thanks

Hi Higgsy,

The submission of bugs and feature requests are down by submitting tickets or forum posts. Once we identify and aggregate your feedback we log them as PITS problems. The rating and tracking of issues is the most beneficial feature of PITS, and if we let all clients subscribe their bugs and support questions given our product size, it is going to become very hard for you and us to properly go over the hundreds of items and make informed decisions on them.

That is why we will include our top priority issues based on their severity and you can use the rating of the system to escalate their priority.

Thank you for contacting us.

All the best,
Hristo Borisov
the Telerik team
