Number of Content Items

A charity I occasionally help out with are thinking of redoing their website and I suggested using the Community Edition of Sitefinity.

Whilst I can't imagine them adding 250 content items very quickly, I wonder what happens when they do. Does the system simply refuse to allow any more items to be published? Does it 'unpublish'/remove old items?

I just need to know 'cos once it's set up, I'm prolly going to have to show someone else how to manage the site.

Hi Stuart Hemming,

Thank you for contacting Telerik Support.

You can check the Licence comparison table if you are interested to compare the different options you get with Sitefinity versions. Once the number of published content (news, events, videos or documents) exceeds the limit, to be able to publish a new item, you have to delete or unpublish some of the currently published items.

Kind regards,
Boyan Barnev
the Telerik team
