Custom Pages

How do you add custom pages to Sitefinity?

In my solution in VS I've created a folder called "MyPages" and an .aspx page in it called "TestPage.aspx". How would I go about adding this?

Using external pages in Sitefinity 4.0 will be included in the Q1 release. You can check the other features that will come with Q1 release here.
