Add new page error - Sitefinity - General Discussions

I installed SP1, upgraded and deployed our project. I now cannot add a new page as a child of an existing page - I get the following error:

There was an error deserializing the object of type Telerik.Sitefinity.Modules.Pages.Web.Services.Model.WcfPageContext. Encountered unexpected character ','.

I can add pages on the top level with no problem.

Hi Tom,

Can you tell me which browser you are using? Because it seems there appears to be a bug when using IE7 and trying to create a child page from Actions tab. It has been logged it in TFS. As a temporary workaround you can try and create child pages ( using IE 7 ) by creating a page, then go to the menu Title & Properties and set it as child page from there.

Yes,

I am using IE7. I switched to FireFox, and that cleared up the problem.
