Registering User Controls and Sitefinity toolbox

Hi all,

I have followed the instructions posted at: http://www.sitefinity.com/40/help/developers-guide/how-to-how-to-create-a-control-creating-the-a-user-control-registering-and-using-the-control.html 

for registering my user control but I am not seeing the "custom" menu or my control show up where I see the widgets to add to the page, The article refers  Sitefinity toolbox which i can't seem to find where it actually is.

Is there a way to trouble shoot this ? I am using visual studio to create my user control again following the steps provided in the article above.

Please refer to the attached video material. Please note you have to build your solution prior to registering the widget.
