4.1 Membership Provider - Sitefinity - General Discussions

Now that you have released 4.1 with the membership wrapper that should help us folks who developed a Microsoft style MembershipProvider, I am wondering if there is any documentation on making it actually work.

I've setup my membership providers in web.config, but it seems like it is still (not) working the same way it did before the 4.1 upgrade. I can authenticate (The standard <asp:Login> control works and passes me to the next page). But when I call Membership.GetUser() I get nothing. Digging into my implementation I find that my GetUser implementation is getting "Anonymous" as the username, even though I just barely authenticated.

What is the Sitefinity approved way to use the "wrappers" with a MembershipProvider style authentication model?
