Need some help adding another menu item to the admin

Hello,

I have a need for creating a whole separate section in the admin area.  I need to first figure out how I can add another menu item after "Analytics" to link to my section.  I was looking over the documentation that was available for 4.x and couldn't find anything about it.  I may have overlooked it completely.  Can someone point me in the right direction to move forward with this?

You can go to Sitefinity backend -> Administration ->Backend Pages and create a new backend page/group page. Please make sure to set it to be shown in navigation and to be on in the first level of the Backend Pages tree, so that it will show up.
