Hi,
Is there a feature in SiteFinity where I do an email campaign with links in the email so that when the user clicks on the links I know who it is?

Hello MarkBr,

We do not have this feature out of the box. Generally you can get the user that clicks the image by including some tracking code where you need to append the user email as a query parameter.
