Force www on my host name

Hi all,

What is the recommended way with Sitefinity 4.1 to make sure that all user url paths are pre-pended with www? Some of my users try to use mydomain.com without www in front of it and I occasionally see weird errors when they do that.

How do I force the url to stay at www.mydomain.com regardless of what they type for the url? Any pointers to samples or docs would be fantastic.

Hello Adam,

This is related to host and its settings. We do not get the absolute url. We use relative url ( for example we resolve the dynamic url to the relative path ) and then append it to the domain name. So it depends on whether you have set www as a subdomain and that all requests to your domain should be valid for www.
