If I want to work around them in file explorer , is it possible ? 

Say If I want to backup some pages and then pick and choose them while restoring , alternatively move them to another project and so on ..

Hi,

The pages along with pages data and content is saved in the database. You can try export pages with a custom tool that works with pages API.
