RSS Feed Relative URL issue?

Hey everyone,

Not sure if this should be considered a bug or not, but when adding an RSS feed to a subpage (ours is ~/news-events/blog), it's grabbing the relative URL. This is an issue because you can't change the Base URL (that we can find)  of the feeds themselves, so it will always default and generate the feed URLs to www.domain.com/Feeds/FeedName.*

Anyone know if this is able to be changed, or at least have the RSS feed NOT follow relative URLs for linking? Our RSS feed on a subpage ends up being www.domain.com/news-events/Feeds/RSSFeed.rss, which obviously won't render anything because it should be generating www.domain.com/Feeds/RSSFeed.rss.

Thanks!

Hi Brad,

We managed to reproduce the issue and log it as a bug. We are going to fix it ASAP.

Hello,
SF4 does not allow to change feed url like SF3, is there anyway to change that?
We want specific urls.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Ruben Herrera,

Actually you can easily change the UrlName of a feed in Sitefinity 4.x as well, please check the attached screenshot, demonstrating the location of the settings in Sitefinity 4.x backend.
