Our client has asked us if it would be possible to post their blog posts directly to their Facebook and Twitter pages/accounts, directly from Sitefinity? Some sort of checkbox or similar functionality that they would be able to check these boxes, and have their Blog posts (specifically, but if it's doable for others like the News, that'd be great too) post not only to the site as usual, but also send the Title/Summary to facebook, and the title / link to Twitter.

Hi King + Knight,

I would suggest you to use the built-in functionality that Sitefinity feeds are offering, and create RSS and Twitter feeds that are populated by the BlogPosts content. You can then import these feeds in Facebook, and also have automatic twitter updates.
