Intergrating with Active Directory - Sitefinity - General Discussions

How do I go about using my Active Directory to authenticate users. Basically the site will be denied access to everyone other than people who have a valid ad account. Ive searched all over and cant find any clear directions on how I do this can anyone help me out?
