Upload Images problems - Sitefinity - General Discussions

Hello,

We are using sitefinity 4.2 in our website, and I am trying to upload images to the images module, however the image uploader takes too much tine (several minutes) to upload an image of 1 MB size, and sometimes the image do not be uploaded successfully and I got "Unknown Error" message.

Any suggestions?

Hello Amrelsayed,

Can you monitor you CPU load? Also, how much memory do you have on your server - is the memory full and probably it is swapping on the hard drive, which causing the slow performance?
