Upgrading from 4.1.1395.0 to latest (4.2)

Upgraded 3 sites from 4.1 to 4.2 without issue until today

We have one site site using 4.1.1395 -- when we follow the steps at www.sitefinity.com/.../adding-an-existing-project-to-the-project-manager.aspx , the project appears in our project manager, but when restarting the project manager starts up, we can see our project loading as 4.1.1395, but then a second later, it changes to 4.2.1650 (kind of a flicker)

When we then re-open the projects.xml file, it has changed on us, and lists the site as 4.2.1650  (we never clicked upgrade)

Searched forums for this but cant seem to see anything

Hello Chris,

It seems that some of the assemblies in your project are telling the Project Manager that it is a different version. After you observe this strange behaviour are you able to browse your website without any problems or your website has been upgraded? Any additional information would be extremely helpful.
