HI

i used search control in my project through the template.
but it was search only news,event like that item only.
i need the whole site i serch the content or some word.its also should come.
can u plz help me out from that.

Hello Mari,

When you create or edit the search index please make sure you have selected all content to be indexed. Here is the related documentation. The words in your site are counted as static html and there is a checkbox for this in the search index dialog.
I think the problem comes from some content not being reindexed. Go to Administration->Search and Indexes and click Actions on the search index then Reindex. Some time will be needed to reindex the whole site and then all items should be searchable.
