Disabling Default Membership Provider

I've successfully integrated AD Membership and Roles with Sitefinity 4.2. Right now, when you login it will preselect the Default Auth Provider. My goal is for users to login without selecting their provider, as the default provider will essentially not be used. Is there a way to do this? Can I completely disable the default provider?

When I disable it in the backend then set my default provider to AD (in web.config) the Default provider still shows up in the selection. It in fact still works even though I completely disabled it.

I guess I'll solve my own post here, in

Administration > Settings > Advanced > Security

You can change
DefaultBackendRoleProvider
and
DefaultBackendMembershipProvider

to your new provider to default the drop down on the login screen
