Add more users in to current Sitefinity account - Sitefinity - General Discussions

HI,
My team lead had an account with Sitefinity. In the past, he added one of my co-worker as developer role in that account. So, my co-worker is able to download the software patches/version upgrades.

Now, my team leader want to add me in too but he does not remember how he did back then.

Please help!

Just a stab, if he logs into his account, does he see a square to the right called "Your account links"? In that square you have some links, one of which says "Manage Licensed Users". Not sure if he sees something different.

Andrei is right, the license holder should go to the "Manage Licensed Users" section of his Sitefinity account and add a user to multiple licenses or a specific license. Please let me know if you need further guidance, I'll be glad to help you out!
