Confusion Between Sandbox and Local Trial

Hello,

When I setup a sitefinity site via the sandbox, it gives me an option to choose a template, which I chose the charity template and got the donate via Paypal option, facebook and twitter controls, etc.  When I download Sitefinity demo trial, I don't get these options.  Why is that???  Is there a way to enable it?

Additionally, it gives you a nice template.  I'm not sure how to setup a master template for the entire site... and I'm having trouble navigating the documentation to figure it all out.  Forgive me, I'm a first time Sitefinity user (first day on the job, seriously :-)).

Nevermind, I figured it out, I needed to install the SItefinity SDK and create a custom implementation.
