Hai,
Please look at the screen shot.The structure of manage page changes when we change the language to Arabic.Can anybody guide me to solve this issue?

Hello Rakesh,

This is not a common issue with Sitefinity. I'm not sure how it happened. Did you upgrade from a previous version recently? You could send us you database and project files so we could deploy your project locally and find what is actually wrong with it.
