Cannot revert Back End localization back to English in 4.3

I added a language pack to convert the back end to french and cannot find a way to go back to english? Am i missing something? I tried changing the admin>launguages>back end language to english and it doesnt change anything.

Please help, thanks!

figured it out, just created another 4.3 site, exported the english language pack, and imported it over the french one...
