Two owners, one page?

Scenario:
We have two departments, we'll call them the red team and the blue team. The red team has 1 Sitefinity user, so we simply made them owner of the red team pages - easy! However, the Blue Team has 2 Sitefinity users who must share editing tasks of the blue team pages. All users, regardless of team, must submit their drafts for approval. These are limited Sitefinity accounts.

Question: What is the recommended way of sharing ownership of the blue team pages between the 2 blue team users, but keeping them out of the red team pages?

(I hate to ask an obvious question like this here, but it seems that many of you have done this scenario and the documentation doesn't really show examples or best practices for user setup.)

Hi Dan,

Currently the workflow can be applied to only a content type (e.g. pages, blogs) but not for certain pages or a particular blog only.

You can set the visibility of a page with permissions. This may be the route to go to allow certain users to be able to see or not to see a particular page. You can assign users to a role and then set permissions to that role. You can explicitly deny permissions to certain users or roles also.

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need anymore assistance with how to setup permissions or roles.

Kind regards,
