4.4 E Commerce module- General Product required Fields.

It seems that the Weight, Price, and Sales Price are req'd fields built into the "general product" type. I have tried unchecking the "make required" checkbox and the fields still show as req'd. Is there anything I can do to keep these fields as part of the general product type but make them not required as our team does not want to create a whole new product type.

Hi Anthony,

Unfortunately at this time, those fields on the general product will need values inputted into them. Otherwise, you will need to create a new product. I can submit a feature request on your behalf to make these fields not required.
