Hi,

I noticed that the Forums Module made it to the Sitefinity 5 roadmap. I'm happy to see that!

I'm not sure why Telerik changed it's mind about this module. Until late 2011, Telerik stated that there were no plans to create such a module, and recommended CT.Forums as an alternative. Also, the Public Issue Tracker still shows that the Forums Module is not scheduled. So I'm a bit confused. Can you share some details about the module that will be included in 5.0? Will it be CT.Forums that's now included and supported by Sitefinity or will it be a brand new module?

Hi,

The forums module will not be third pary module, but developed as other sitefinity modules and the forums for Sitefinity 3.x.
