I have setup Sitefinity4.4 in local machine.But it takes too much time for loading admin pages.Do we needs to changing any settings to make it fast.

Sanoop,
Please make sure that your system meets or exceeds the minimum requirements for Sitefinity. Also, if you're not already, try running your project through IIS instead of the web server that's integrated with the Project Manager.
