Is there solution to view picture on the web page from Oracle blob fild

Hi,

If the images can be retrieved by url the url can be used to display the picture in <img> tag place either in master page or in content block widget.

There is no direct integration in Sitefinity with oracle blob. Currently Sitefinity supports Azure blob and in the future other storage providers will be added as well as a way to integrate custom storage providers with sitefinity.
