Blog comments: How to make Email required field?

Hello,

Can't figure out how to make Email field required for the blog posts comments. Sounds like easy task. I attached my settings for Comments (capture). As you can see I selected Email as required. But nothing changes when I go to the website (capture2).

Any ideas why?

I'm not sure, I have the same issue with website...I set it as not required, but it's TOTALLY required when submitting a comment :)

Indeed, see the attached image. The field says "Optional" but requires input.
Very confusing. Telerik team, please let us know how to fix this. Or, better, if you will provide fix for this in the next release. I can't leave my client's concern not addressed.

Also please not that I'm selected name field as not required but it is still required .Hovewer it is not my major concern at this time but also confusing.
