How can I disable all the font related toolbar options from Sitefinity and instead provide a dropmenu with my own styles?

Hello Gregory,

I believe what you're referring to is the toolbar in our content editor. Am I right? If this is the case you can enable the AppyCss dropdown and populate it with your own styles. You can find more information about it, following this link.
