Order filtered list by taxonomy name

Hi,
Could you please tell me how can I order by taxonomy name the results of a query.
I'm using the RealEstate project from the StarterKit and I want to arrange the result by location name.
Location is a FlatTaxon that contains multiple taxons (Chicago, Denver, Berlin, Paris, etc.). I need to order the RealEstate items by the taxon name of the items from Location category.

Could you please give me an example with code?
