their link is showing the product template. how i can login into the system to change the template information.
I am getting crashes for demo sites.

Hello,

Can you please specify with which sandbox you're currently experiencing the issues so we can give you a more specific advice. We tried logging in to both sandboxes you are currently using and there were no problems accessing the backend for both of them. Looking forwards to your reply.
