How do I test email from Sitefinity?

Working with my Sys Admin to make sure our email settings are correct. Does anyone know how to send a sample email from Sitefinity? There doesn't seem to be an easy way to email system users for example. But any email test would work so we can confirm our configuration.

Hi,

You can use the Email Campaigns module in order to test emails. You can import from existing users in Sitefinity and try to send a campaign with these users as subscribers in mailing list.

To add from existing users go to the Email Campaigns -> Mailing Lists, create a mailing lists and from the Actions Menu choose "Add from existing". Now you will be able to select from existing users in Sitefinity.
