Sitefinity 4.4 images and PDF issues

Hi,
I am having an issue with images and PDF file after migrating to version 4.4. All images and PDFs were corrupted and all the links to images and PDFs were not working at all.

So, I checked images and documents libraries and all images and PFDs file were also corrupted in those libraries.

Then, I created a new blank project to test images and PDFs.  After having a new project in place, I uploaded a few images and PDFs in default libraries. Guess what? all images and PDFs just uploaded were also corrupt at newly project.
 
Did I miss any configurations setting here?
