I have a client who wants to retire a site (v3.7) and they want a static copy of the entire site. Do you know of any way to export all of the pages/generated content as html pages?

Hello,

You need a custom exporter. You can read the database directly or have services that will generate the content on the html pages. In Sitefinity the content is generated dynamically, so one option here would be to request the site, get the HTML from a page you requested and then create dynamically HTML page with the same content.

If you just want a copy of the website, just backup and restore its database where you want. Move the static folders and files as well.
