Can I import/export the custom labels I created in my development environment to my production environment?

What I have noticed is this, that when I make some changes to a Label, a file gets outputed to the App_Data\Sitefinity\GlobalResources\Labels.resx with all the labels in it. If you paste that file into your other project then the labels will be teh same. It seems that they are not saved in the database btu in this file. So yes, just copy the file across as well.

Maybe this is a bug, but I renamed the .resx file so I can organize it easier. It shows up in the backend sitefinity ui when I click create label and I can search for labels within it. But the filter by type column on the right side does not show my renamed .resx file as a 'Filter by Type' option
